I've been on a diet for the past three days.
Since moving, I've been eating nothing but snacks, so I've gained some weight.
In December, I have some exciting plans (going to Disneyland with friends I haven't seen in a long time, and, most importantly, getting to meet the one I like!)
So, I want to tone up my body before then
For now, I'll make sure to eat three proper meals a day.
The day before yesterday and yesterday, I ate steamed vegetables.
Today, I had ginger pork and spinach.
I'll also do some strength training later today.
I want to have defined abs in one month.
